Danilo has spent around six years in the trade. His business, DG Power Cleaning Solutions, now counts among the carpet cleaners in Crewkerne. Homes, holiday lets, shops and hotels call on him. He carries out each job himself, travelling up from the coast at Seaton.
Crewkerne’s station brings commuters, visitors and weekend guests into town all year. Wheeled cases, rain jackets and city shoes leave their mark on guest room and lounge carpets. Regular cleaning keeps those rooms fresh between bookings. Three guides go deeper: carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and stain and odour removal.
Carpet Cleaners in Crewkerne for Hotels
A hotel, a pub and a restaurant share one roof at The Crooked Swan in Crewkerne. The hotel’s stairs and corridors are where we come in. Both have sisal carpet, woven from the fibre of an agave plant. Sisal reacts badly to water. Too much moisture can make it shrink, ripple or turn brown. Our hot water machine therefore has no part in this job. Instead, we spread a specialist dry powder across the entire carpet. An agitator machine then brushes it through the weave, where it collects the dirt. A thorough vacuum removes the powder at the end. Because nothing gets wet, there is no drying time to plan around.
Our visits fall during the hotel’s morning housekeeping rounds. Guests walk those corridors at every hour, and the carpet shows it. Bookings follow no set pattern. The hotel simply asks once the carpets are due. Guesthouses and other venues may also like our commercial carpet cleaning overview.
Marks on Bedroom Carpets
Bedroom carpets escape most of the mud and grit a hallway collects. Even so, a small mark there can catch your eye every morning. One Crewkerne customer reviewed her visit on Google:
“A couple of stubborn marks in the bedroom had been bothering us for a while, so we decided to get the carpet professionally cleaned. They’ve completely gone and the carpet feels much fresher underfoot. We’re really happy with how it turned out and would definitely book again.”

Weekend Carpet Cleaners for a Crewkerne Office
A local company hired us for its office carpets. Its staff could not stop work for a whole day, so the clean waited for the weekend. Drinks caused most of the stains, while shoes brought in ordinary dirt. Each stain needed pre-treatment, and every room then had a full rinse. When the working week began, the floors were ready. The client told us it was very pleased.
