Our Stain Removal Method
First we identify the stain and the type of fibre. Next comes a pre-treatment chosen for that mark, followed by light agitation. Finally we rinse the area with hot water extraction using our Prochem Steempro machine. Most stains come out completely. If a mark has already damaged the fibres, we will explain what result to expect.
