Looking for carpet cleaners in Exeter? DG Power Cleaning Solutions cleans carpets, rugs and upholstery for homes, serviced accommodation, restaurants and offices across the city. Based in Seaton, we travel to Exeter regularly.
We work right across Exeter, from homes and flats near the University and St David’s station to the quieter suburbs on the edge of the city. Every call is different. Some customers need help with a pet accident, a red wine or coffee spill, mud from the garden or a make-up stain. Others simply want their carpets or sofa to feel fresh again. Whatever the reason, each job starts with a close look at the fabric, so the treatment suits both the stain and the material. You can read more about our carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and stain and odour removal services. We are fully insured, and every quote is free.
Serviced Accommodation in Exeter
Life2Short lets many homes and flats across Exeter, some for holidays and some for longer stays. When a guest checks out, the company often calls us before the next one arrives. In that gap, we clean carpets and rugs, as well as sofas, dining chairs and armchairs. Sometimes it is an end-of-tenancy clean for carpets and furniture. Other times, the rooms need a lift before the next stay. In both cases, the home feels fresh for its new guest.
Carpet Care at The Devon Hotel
The Devon Hotel is an elegant hotel in Exeter, and it rarely has an empty night. That turns a carpet clean into a real puzzle to plan. The hotel frees up rooms whenever bookings allow, then lets us know. We have started with the bedrooms, and the shared areas will follow. Guests keep checking in throughout. Below, our van waits outside reception, and the Prochem Steempro Power Plus stands ready in a bedroom corridor.
Carpet Cleaners in Exeter for Holiday Cottages
Alpine Park Holiday Cottages books us every spring to clean the carpets in its cottages. Mud, pets and the odd hot drink are what we usually find. We clean a few cottages at a time, while they stand empty. The owners choose the day and hour, and our diary follows theirs. A business that can only offer one slot always gets priority. Home customers matter just as much, but they can usually choose another date. A holiday let cannot afford to lose a booking.
Here is how Alpine Park rates us on Google:
“We’ve used Danielo at DG Power Cleaning Solutions for several years to clean the carpets in our holiday cottages. He’s always professional, friendly and does an excellent job. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable carpet cleaning service!”

Carpet Cleaners in Exeter for Restaurants, Pubs and Offices
Restaurant carpets take a lot every day, from spilled drinks to grease carried out of the kitchen. Hoovering alone cannot lift that kind of dirt. For restaurants, pubs and offices, we work after closing time or before opening. The carpet then has time to dry, and your doors open as normal the next day. When we finish, we ask the business to confirm by email that it is happy with the result. Read more about our commercial carpet cleaning for local businesses.
Carpet Cleaners for Homes in Exeter
Much of our work as carpet cleaners in Exeter is in people’s homes. Moving furniture can reveal marks that have built up for years, and a clean before selling helps a house look its best, as the reviews below show. Carpets, sofas and rugs are all cleaned in your home, with stains treated first.
“I had the same furniture in the lounge for years and years and when I finally moved it around there were some very noticeable marks on the carpet underneath and round the old layout. Having the carpet cleaned made a bigger difference than I expected. Danilo did an amazing job.”
— Daniela Carter, Exeter (Google review)
“We were getting the house ready to put on the market and wanted the carpets looking their best before the photographs were taken. They came up really well and made the rooms look much better.”
