Businesses across Exmouth, from small shops on the high street to offices tucked behind the main roads, share the same issue: the carpet that greets customers is the one that gets dirty fastest, and often the one that’s hardest to close for a proper clean.

Every commercial job I quote in Exmouth starts with looking at the type of footfall the space
actually gets – a shop entrance with constant customer traffic isn’t the same job as an office with more predictable hours. That decides where I concentrate the pre-treatment and how long I leave it to work before running the Prochem Steempro Power Plus with the Magma in-line heater, which gets the water hot enough to shift ground-in soiling without resorting to harsh chemicals.

What business owners in Exmouth tend to value most is being able to book outside peak hours or right at closing, so the shop opens the next morning with the carpet already dry.
